           Picazzo's has been working with Axe Grind Studios for over a year. We started with the launch of a completely rebuilt website that would allow us to better connect with our guests. We wanted something modern, user friendly, optimized across all devices as well as SEO. Axe Grind was able to deliver all that and more. We now have a website that is a multi-tool of integration and information for our guests to order our product, learn about our brand, and perform other tasks that they didn’t have access to with our old site.

 

          As the website was successfully being built, Axe Grind was also able to offer a many other solutions to our organization’s gaps. Some areas that they helped Picazzo’s gain a presence were in social media management, copywriting content, such as monthly newsletters and blogging, as well as creative services, reputation management and directory listings. Our social media strategy was harnessed into more consistent content that was relevant to our audience to promote more engagement and user activity. We were also able to streamline a monthly newsletter process to communicate, with a branded approach, to the customers in our email database and align to our blogging efforts to inform and educate, while adding to our SEO strategy. Another component that Picazzo’s needed was a creative solution. We had wanted to freshen up our branding and image and have been able to do just that. From new window graphics, to menus, business cards and brochures, Axe Grind helped Picazzo’s update its look with a talented design team. In addition, Axe Grind was able to help streamline all of our directory listings, as well as add an additional 50+ listings. Our listings were updated in real time with a single platform that allowed consistency and efficiency for any updates we needed to make. This solution also allowed Picazzo’s to gain access to reviews that customers would leave in multiple different review sites. Since we now had visibility to what our guests were saying, we were able to communicate and grow from the streamlined feedback. Picazzo’s continues to strive for new solutions and ways to market our brand to the appropriate demographics and Axe Grind has been like-minded in our partnership.
